How early should a delegation start?: Eight to twelve weeks before the event for most destinations. Visa appointment capacity, not paperwork, is usually the constraint.
Can you handle a delegation of twenty or more?: Yes. Larger groups are filed in coordinated batches and tracked on one schedule.
Do you arrange exhibition stands?: We coordinate booth logistics and shipping with the organiser and your stand contractor.
